Hi, I had an ACL reconstruction last Tuesday (15th July) and found your blog googling the after-effects (started panicking about numbness in part of my leg). I just wanted to say thanks for writing it, as it's nice to read through the whole process from someone else's point of view, and see what I have to look forward to, physio-wise! I hope you're feeling better now, and your knee is up to strength :) Abi
